Eric Liberman, DO
Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery
Dr. Eric Liberman is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has obtained a Focused Practice Designation in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery within the specialty of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His special interests include abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, endometrial polyps, adenomyosis, endometriosis and pelvic pain. His expertise includes Da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and hysteroscopy. Dr. Liberman has published research on topics such as post-operative pain management and robotic-assisted surgery. Dr. Liberman also serves as faculty at national conferences.
Dr. Liberman was born and raised in Northern New Jersey. He completed his internship and residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ. Dr. Liberman then further subspecialized by completing a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, NY. Following completion of his fellowship, Dr. Liberman remained on faculty at Montefiore Medical Center, Albert Einstein College of Medicine for several years where he served as an attending physician and assistant professor in the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. Dr. Liberman then returned to New Jersey and served as an attending physician and Director of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at Atlantic Medical Group, Morristown Medical Center for the past several years.
While completing his internship and residency at Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Dr. Liberman was trained and mentored by Dr. Denehy. Dr. Liberman is proud and honored to be Dr. Denehy’s associate.
